Éclair at the Bay has made a special and colourful Peach Mousse cake for Mother’s Day 2024.
It is made from delicate peach mousse, peach compote, vanilla crème brûlée, moelleux sponge, crunchy pistachio streusel, and delicately sprayed with chocolate velour.
