Saccharomyces Beer Café

There are two events for Canada Day 2021, which they are celebrating on 3 July:

Boozy Canada Day 2021 Brunch

Before opening the doors to the public at midday, Saccharomyces Beer Café is offering a sit down Canadian themed brunch. Chow down on an epic Canadian Breakfast served with a pimped-up Caesar. Possibly the greatest way kick off your (3 days late) Canada Day celebrations!

Pancake stack loaded up with crispy maple bacon, eggs, whipped butter and drowned in more maple syrup served with a Pimped AF Caesar! Made with authentic imported Canadian Clamato Juice, their Caesar is pimped out with a fried chicken skewer. Pretty much the most Canadian way to start the day.

Canada Day 2021 / la fête de Canada

Canada Day-ish

Join Saccharomyces Beer Café on Saturday July 3 (they know it’s 2 days late) for an all-out Canadian sensory assault. They will be serving a Canadian inspired menu alongside brews from some of the best independent Canadian breweries. As well as the authentic Canadian beers we’ll also be serving Canadian National drink, THE CAESAR!

Sea Legs Brewing

We have Canada to thank for poutine, ice hockey and maple syrup, and their friends south of the border have thrown corndogs, spring break and the Obamas into the mix.

Canada Day 2021/la fête de Canada 2021

Join Sea Legs Brewing, from Thursday 1 July to Sunday 4 July, to celebrate Canada and all 52 of the United States of America.

The party loosely kicks off on Tuesday 29 June, when Sea Legs hosts Canadian themed trivia with sign in from 6pm and questions kicking off from 6.30pm.

From Thursday 1 July, the Canadian celebration kicks off, so don your best Canadian Tuxedo and head to the brewery to enjoy Canadian fare from classic Caesars to poutine, featuring gravy fresh off the plane from Quebec.

Across the 4 days, shake free from the shackles of that nice guy stereotype and enjoy some healthy competition with bonspiel and corn hole across the 4-day celebration.
