A celebration of French culture over two days on Friday 13 and Saturday 14 July, their Bastille Day celebrations have something for everyone including cupcake decorating and balloon giveaways for children on both mornings. Those keen to learn some French cooking skills can watch croquembouche pâtisserie and cheese demonstrations. There will be a crepe pop-up by the Market Bread Bar, live music by Sounds Continental and by Louise Blackwell and the French Set, a Bicchiere Champagne Bar.

Barangaroo’s waterfront French brasserie will be kicking off Bastille celebrations with a Parisian brunch and free-flowing mimosas. Diners will start a selection of freshly baked vienoisserie, including croissants, pain au chocolat, brioche and house made condiments. For mains, diners can choose from the classic steak frites, oeufs a la Basquaise or the moreish croque monsieur – a fried ham and cheese sandwich. End the feast on a sweet note with Été’s signature creme brûlée or chocolat fondant.
