GALETTE DES ROIS 2026 IN BRISBANE
Le Caprice Patisserie proposes its Galette des Rois 2026 in the traditional frangipane flavour in two different sizes.
- Small size (4-6pax) for $40
- Large size (8-10pax) for $55

La Petite Souris has a traditional frangipane Galette des Rois. It costs $55 and does not come with a fève or crown.
It is available from today 2 January, and can be ordered here.
GALETTE DES ROIS 2026 IN SYDNEY
Croquembouche proposes its galette des rois in 4 fillings:
- Traditional
- Chocolate chip
- Caramelised apple
- Raspberry
It comes in one size: 10” to feed 10 to 15. Prices are $75 for the traditional and $80 for the others.

Flo Viennoiserie proposes its galette des rois in three fillings :
- Classic Frangipane for $45
- Pistachio/Raspberry for $49
- Chocolate/Pecan for $49

French Cakes Sydney has three options for their Galette des Rois 2026:
- traditional frangipane;
- chocolate and
- Shéhérazade which is the traditional frangipane, with the addition of rose flavour and lychee.
They are available in one-size which serves 6-8 people. Each galette costs $45.

Frenchies Bakery proposes two flavours: traditional frangipane, and apple, for its Galette des Rois this year. The Apple Galette des rois is available in Individual size or to serve 4 or 8. La Renaissance makes its galette des rois in two sizes : small to serve 6 for $ 44 and medium to serve 8 for $54 It comes with a crown and contains the traditional porcelain fève.

Mimi’s Pastry used to make Galette des Rois but we have not been able to confirm if they are making them this year by the time of publication.
Pie rue Bréa is a new home-based business in Olympic Park, which is making the galette des rois in 2026. Their galette des rois comes in the classic almond frangipane flavour in an 18cm size and costs $49. It does not come with fève or crown.
Their galettes des rois will be available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays until February. You need to pre-order on Mondays and Tuesdays for collection that weekend. Message them on their Instagram page to order
Sacre Bleu proposes its traditional frangipane galette des rois from now until 31 January 2026.
It comes with a crown and porcelain fève, serves 6 to 8 and costs $49.

Tatin and Co. has a traditional frangipane Galette des Rois, which serves 6 for $51. It contains the traditional fève and comes with a crown.
