A celebration and an exploration of Barkly Street, Footscray. From wines and French bistro fare at Bar Thyme to craft beers at Bar Josephine and wine and cheese pairings at Baby Snakes to finish.

Australian export Sky Gyngell is one of Britain’s most respected and acclaimed chefs. She trained in Sydney and in Paris at La Varenne before working at London’s The French House and The Dorchester followed by the role of chef at Petersham Nurseries. There Skye became known for seasonal elegant cooking. She was awarded a Michelin star in 2011. Spring, also in London, is her current restaurant which opened in 2014.
For this 5 course dinner, Skye teams up with Hazel chefs Brianna Smith and Oliver Edwards, alumni of Adelaide Hills cult eatery The Summertown Aristologist.

Odette is French born chef Julien Royer’s Singapore restaurant named after his grandmother as a tribute to French cooking of his heritage. The 3 Michelin star restaurant comes to Melbourne’s Estelle.
