This will be accommpanied by 3 complimentary wines to compare – two whites, a Friulano and a Friulano, Albarino and Verdhelo blend – and a nod to Bastille Day with a light red Gamay from Beaujolais.

We will finish off with a cheese platter an Ice Wine and sparkling Zinfandel, from Orange.

We are pleased to welcome the very engaging Greg Birch from Granitevale Estate joining us to talk about his wines and the interesting things he is doing with Sauvingnon Blanc.

The wines featured are from local winery Granitevale, Billy Button wines, Bright (Vic) and Cargo Road, Orange (NSW).
