GALETTE DES ROIS IN ADELAIDE
Les Deux Coqs has two flavour options for its Galette des Rois 2025 : traditional frangipane, and raspberry. These come with a fève and a crown, serve 6-8 people and cost $59.90 each.
Pick up is available from today, Friday 3rd of January at the Central Market, Stirling, Rundle Mall & Kent Town. Order yours online via the links above. They will also have individual serves of the galette des rois available in store each day from today.
Mulot’s Patisserie haven’t come back to us by the publishing deadline but they usually do Galette des Rois (in fact in the past they have said they can do them any day of the year) so contact them on 08 8272 6499 to check.
GALETTE DES ROIS IN BRISBANE
Chouquette is currently closed until 14 January but their Galette des Rois should be available from then. Orders are currently closed on the website but check this link closer to 14 January to order your Galette des Rois 2025.
Le Caprice Patisserie offers two sizes for its Galette des Rois 2025: small to serve 4 for $39, and large to serve 6 to 8 for $49. Their Galettes come with a fève and a crown

Rise Bakery proposes a traditional frangipane Galette des Rois for 2025. It comes with fève and crown and is available in one size to serve 4- 6 people for $55.

GALETTE DES ROIS 2025 IN CANBERRA
Ma Petite Patisserie is making two varieties of Galette des Rois: traditional almond frangipane, and chocolate and hazelnut. As with everything they make, these are plant based so vegan friendly.
They will be made in two sizes: individual for $15 and large to serve 9-10 people for $90.
They will be available for collection one day only: Sunday 19 January between 7am and 11:30am at The Southside Farmers Market.

GALETTE DES ROIS ON THE GOLD COAST
My French Pastries will have traditional frangipane Galette des Rois available when they reopen tomorrow, 4th January. They come in two sizes: to serve 6 people for $50 or to serve 8 to 10 people for $70.
They are available to pre-order all month long via the website.
Rise Bakery proposes a traditional frangipane Galette des Rois for 2025. It comes with fève and crown and is available in one size to serve 4- 6 people for $55.

GALETTE DES ROIS IN HOBART
Jean-Pascal Patisserie proposes its Galette des Rois 2025 in 3 flavours: traditional, chocolate hazelnut, and raspberry. It also comes in 3 sizes – 4 serves for $20.80, 6 serves for 29.60, and 8 serves for $39.50. The galettes all come with a fève.
They are available until 6 January. Call the shop on 6228 4040 to order.
GALETTE DES ROIS IN MELBOURNE
Agathé is doing their Galette des Rois in the classic frangipane. It comes in one size to serve 8 people and costs $50. It comes with a fève and crown
Their Galette des Rois will be available from today 3rd January until the end of January. Pre-order your Galette des Rois 2025 from Agathé through their website at least 24 hours in advance. Choose your date, mentioned the time of pick up in the comments section. The pick is at South Melbourne Market from 8.30am till 3.30pm.
Choukette has traditional frangipane Galette des Rois 2025 which come with fèves and crowns.

Escargot Bakery is not taking orders until 27 January as they are currently closed but when they re-open you can order the Galette des Rois via this link.
Frenchilicious Kitchen is making the traditional frangipane Galette des Rois to order for most days in January. It comes in two sizes: to serve 6 for $40 and to serve 8 for $50.
These galettes come with a fève but if you wish not to have one you can request it in the notes section of your order. Place your order via this link.
Le Yeahllow makes a traditional frangipane Galette des Rois which comes in an 8” size to serve 4-6 people for $59.

Rêverie Café by Pierrick Boyer is doing a reverse puff pastry for its traditional frangipane galettes with a fève, and a paper crown, in a paper bag, all of which are from France.
It comes in medium size offering 6-8 portions for $45.
Their Galettes des Rois 2025 are only available from the 3rd – 26 January 2025 or until sold out. Pre-order yours online at the latest the day before you wish to have it.
GALETTE DES ROIS IN PERTH
Cravings et Beyond proposes three flavours for its Galettes des Rois 2025: classic frangipane, chocolate frangipane and apple. They are available in 4 sizes: from individual up to to serve 6 people. Prices vary according to the size and flavour chosen.
The large galettes will come with a fève and they also come with fabric crowns instead of the usual paper ones, offering a sustainable option. They are available until the end of January. Order yours via their website
Layers Bakery will have its Galette des Rois 2025 available from tomorrow, Saturday 4th January. They are in frangipane, serve up to 12 and come with a fève and a crown. They cost $45.

Maison Saint Honoré proposes its Galette des Rois 2025 in traditional frangipane with a fève imported from France. They come in one size and cost $39.90.
Their Galette des Rois 2025 are already available but stock is limited to place your order quickly to secure yours. You can order on their online store. Orders placed by 1pm can be delivered the next day. Orders placed by 8pm can be collected the next day.
Sarah Valette Cake Artist is offering both galette des rois made by her or a galette kit/online course to make your own. The Galette des Rois 2025 made by Sarah come in two sizes: 8” to serve 6-8 people for $44 or 10” to serve 10-12 people for $54. You can choose whether you wish to have the fève and crown.

GALETTE DES ROIS ON THE SUNSHINE COAST
La Petite Souris has an 8” frangipane Galette des Rois for $50.
It is available throughout January and can be pre-ordered, either in-store or by telephone on 07) 5338 8821, with one day’s notice.
GALETTE DES ROIS IN SYDNEY
Croquembouche has 4 flavours to choose from for its Galette des Rois 2025: frangipane, chocolate chip, caramelised apple, and raspberry. Their galettes come with a fève and crown and come in a 10” size to serve 10 to 15 people. Prices vary depending on the filling chosen and range from $69.50 to $74.50.

Flo Viennoiserie has three different Galettes des Rois 2025:

Frenchies Bakery and Patisserie has frangipane, and apple galettes des rois to choose from. It’s available by the slice, to serve 4 or to serve 8. Prices vary depending on the filling but range from $9.50 to $10 for a slice to $66.50 to $70 for the larger 8 people cake.

La Renaissance makes its Galette des Rois 2025 in traditional frangipane two. It comes in two sizes : small to serve 6 for $44 and medium to serve 8 for $54.
It is available until the middle of January and can be ordered via their website.
Lavie & Belle Bakery proposes the galette des rois in traditional frangipane with a fève. It is available as a whole to serve 6 people for $51 or in individual slices for $8.50.

Loulou has the choice of traditional or chocolate hazelnut for its Galette des Rois 2025. Their traditional galette des rois is with a spin: it’s made from crisp croissant dough and filled with an almond and kirsch frangipane. Both galettes come in a single size and cost $44.

Madame & Yves proposes three fillings for its Galette des Rois 2025. There’s the classic frangipane, raspberry and almond, and Dubai chocolate. Their take on the viral Dubai Chocolate is comprised of layers of pistachio frangipane, Valrhona chocolate encased in puff pastry and topped with a layer of crispy kataifi pastry, coco and chopped pistachio.
Each of the Galette des Rois contain a pool-themed porcelain fève and comes with a crown. The Dubai Chocolate is available in a single size to serve 6 and costs $48. The Classic and Raspberry Almond each come in two sizes to serve6 or 8 to 10 people and cost $40 or 50 depending on the size chosen.

Mimi’s Pastry has made the traditional frangipane Galette des Rois its cake of the month. It serves 8 and costs $50.
