From tomorrow, Bastille Festival Sydney 2026 will take over Circular Quay and The Rocks for four days, bringing a vibrant celebration of French culture to the harbour. Running since 2015, it has become Sydney’s go-to French festival, living up to its tagline Food, Wine, Art, Revolution, with plenty of joie de vivre and, thankfully, no actual revolutions.

With more than 130 exhibitors, over 80 dishes and a newly expanded footprint, the 2026 edition promises a true culinary journey through France and beyond. This article focuses on the festival’s food and drink offerings, while Bastille’s expansive entertainment program is explored separately here.

The festival will fill the city with the colours, flavours and spirit of France, from classic favourites to creative new interpretations.
