Les Deux Coqs has two different flavours for its Bûche de Noël 2023 :
- Peach and Champagne Method with Meringue Christmas Log (pictured); and
- Chocolate Mousse and Traditional Genoise w Rocher Rock finish Christmas Log
These serve 8 to 10 pp and cost $69 each
Order via their website (preferred option) or via their 3 shops. Orders need to be placed by 19/12 for collection between 20th and 24th December.
Mulot’s has bûche de Noël 2023 available in pretty much any size you desire (between 2 and 15 inches) and in plenty of different flavours:

Sucre Patisserie is making 2 varieties of bûche de noël 2023.
Pandan mousse layers with a coconut jelly centre & gluten free sponge layers, glazed with a green pandan mirror glaze, decorated with fresh cream, toasted coconut, edible flowers (may vary from image) and white chocolate decoration. Serves 12-16.
Chocolate sponge rolled with chocolate buttercream, covered in Belgian chocolate ganache, dusted with snow sugar. Decorated with meringue & chocolate mushrooms, icing holly and non edible figurine.

Éclair at the Bay has a traditional Bûche de Noël. A delicate and moist sponge is filled with Chantilly cream and cranberry jam, topped with chocolate ganache, shaved dark chocolate, candied cranberries, and little Christmas chocolate decorations. An ideal cake to share with the whole family.

Breizh Cafe has three varieties of Bûche De Noël available to order: Vanilla, Hazelnut, and Pistachio. These cost $55 each.

Agathé Patisserie has chosen Hazelnut and Lime for its Bûche de Noël 2023.
It is comprised of Hazelnut Joconde sponge base, Lime jelly and coulis, hazelnut mousse and crèmeux topped up with a lovely hazelnut whipped ganache.
It is only available via pre-order and only for collection from their South Melbourne Market stall on 23, 24, 30 and 31 December.

Choukette has the Bûche de noël 2023 available three flavours :
- Traditionnelle chocolat
- Traditionnelle praline (Génoise et crème au beurre )

Pierrick Boyer doesn’t have bûches de noël this year but has the delicious

La Renaissance has two flavours and three sizes for its bûches de noël 2023.
Their most popular Christmas cake, their chocolate bûche de noël is comprised of:
- Rolled chocolate pain de genes sponge with 62% chocolate mousse inside,
- piped with chocolate ganache and buttercream to finish; and
- Christmas decorations and a dusting of edible shimmer complete this most festive of cakes.
