Champagne this weekend?

Reading Time: 2 minutes

It’s only Tuesday and yet we are already thinking of this weekend. For those who like champagne (is there really anyone who doesn’t?!) you have the opportunity to celebrate at Moët Grand Day in Sydney and in Melbourne.

Being part of the events organised in more than 80 countries around the world, you can also celebrate the day in Australia. The day will be celebrated by more than 1 million people from Hong Kong to Lagos and from Geneva to Montreal.

The Moët & Chandon Grand Day is a day of sparkling celebrations around the world, where during 24 hours friends of the champagne house will come together to raise their glasses and toast to memorable moments that bring them joy. There will be a countdown around the champagne pyramid each hour to continue the festive spirit.

SYDNEY

In Sydney, the party is open to those who purchase tickets. There are two events in Sydney : the Grand Brunch and the Grand Party.

At Establishment’s main bar, you can celebrate with the Grand Brunch. For $120 plus fees, you will have free-flowing Moët as well as food prepared by John Wilson, Merivale’s Creative Food Director.

Jesinta Franklin, Moët & Chandon’s Australian ambassador will also be at the Grand Brunch.

You can also celebrate the occasion in the evening by going upstairs to Hemmesphere from 7pm for the Grand Party. With your $40 ticket you will receive a glass of champagne and will be treated to an acoustic performance by The Preatures and a DJ set by Basenji.

MELBOURNE

Only for invited guests, who will receive a Gold Moët coin to present as entry pass, Baroq House will celebrate the Moët Grand Day with a sumptuous and opulent brunch with unlimited Moët and entertainment by astounding performers. Food will be prepared by Om Nom. Moët asks guests to work a touch of gold

For entertainment, the headline act is Thandi Phoenix who will seduce guests with her strong and magnificent voice. Following her performance, there will be a Moët marching band to signal time to raise glasses; which reminds you that this is no typical Saturday brunch but rather an unmissable event.
