Déjà Vu by day and by night
By day, Déjà Vu, is a popular street-level meeting place to share a relaxed catch up with friends or colleagues whether it be for a café au lait, an after-work drink or evening cocktail or celebratory Champagne.
By night, subdued lighting combined with Adelaide’s enlivening city atmosphere creates a distinctively utopian mood at Déjà Vu to unwind with elegant beverages, lighter meals and casual eats.
What’s on the wine/champagne list?
Sofitel Adelaide Sommelier Trevor Maskell (who you might know from his wine courses at TAFE) has overseen an exquisite wine and Champagne list. His curated list respects Déjà Vu‘s sense of place’ in South Australia, while still honouring the Sofitel’s broader cultural link with France.
On the list, you can expect to find an impressive selection of French wines and Champagnes influenced by Sofitel’s French heritage, together with an excellent Australian offering. The wine list showcases both French and South Australian wines by the glass, champagnes bien sûr (the house Champagne is Perrier-Jouët) and French and Australian dessert wines.
