C’est Bon is making Hot Cross Buns, which will be available Tuesday 26th March – Friday 29th March to celebrate Easter 2024. They are available for dining in, take away or pre-order for collection. They cost:

EASTER 2024 IN PERTH
French Sweet is featuring its macaron boxes for Easter 2024 and introducing its inaugural Hot Cross Bun (in sultanas, or chocolate).
$19.90 for a box of 6 cross buns. Macarons are their usual price.
There is no requirement to pre order, as they have plenty of stock. However, you can order via their online store if you wish to.

EASTER 2024 ON THE SUNSHINE COAST
La Maison du Pâtissier (Eric and Françoise) has its brioche Hot Cross Buns. However, they will not be trading over Easter so you’ll need to collect before 2pm Thursday 28th March.

La Petite Souris is making both Hot Cross Buns but also Cold Cross Buns! Filled with mixed spice mousse, raisin sultana and orange confit, on top of a spice soaked brioche.
Their Hot cross buns available Wednesday and Thursday this week (they are closed over Easter). Cold cross bun cakes available till sold out.
EASTER 2024 IN SYDNEY
Madame & Yves proposes an exciting range for Easter 2024. Chef Yves has been playing with inventive hybrids of the beloved hot cross bun (and all have a little French nod, fittingly). Per usual: made with love, premium ingredients and nothing artificial, ever. They are also offering the much-loved classic fruited and chocolate bun too (we respect they’re a classic to Aussie’s for a reason, but have added their our own French touch).
Hot Cross Brûlée Bun
Hot cross buns and crème brûlée had a baby at Madame & Yves. The result: a delicious hot cross spiced custard filled bun topped with a crunchy caramel toffee.
Hot “Crois-Sant”
Our buttery best-selling croissant re-imagined as a hot cross bun hybrid. All the flakey lovely pastry-ness of a croissant in “pain suisse” form, filled with hot cross spiced almond frangipane, sultanas, raisins, currants, candied orange peel and a teeny splash of rum.
Hot X Gelato Sandwich
Because they also make all of their gelato, they will toast any of their hot cross buns and put a generous scoop of any gelato flavour sandwiched within. Their recommendation: salted caramel or cafe au lait.
Hot X Pudding
Imagine their hot cross buns soaked in custard overnight and baked to perfection with a caramelised crust, topped with a quenelle of mascarpone whipped cream.
Hot cross bun
Classic buns with a sneaky French touch feature a dash of pain d’épices spice mix and French butter, as well as sultanas, raisins and candied orange peel. Glazed with a spiced espresso syrup. Butter lovers can get side portions of imported Lescure pastry salted butter.
