The cooler nights mark the perfect time for the Raclette Igloo Experience, which will take over Festival Plaza with sights, smells and tastes sure to captivate. For one month only, participate in a French tradition by gathering with friends and family in a private igloo, feast on Raclette cheese, charcuterie, and pickles, sip warm mulled wine, and enjoy your very own fire pit with marshmallows.
The snow will fall gently on Festival Plaza as you arrive where you will be greeted a glass of spiced mulled wine. Your sights will turn to 14 igloos with pine trees and twinkling fairy lights. Once inside your private igloo, you will be tempted by the irresistible aroma of Raclette cheese, charcuterie, and pickles meticulously arranged on a rustic board. Each Raclette Igloo Experience booking will be provided with 1.2kg of Raclette Cheese, 1kg of Charcuterie, Potatoes, and pickles.
In your private igloo, channel your inner chef as you melt your own Raclette cheese, sizzling over potatoes and savoury charcuterie. Whether you prefer a traditional approach or get creative with your combinations, the choice is yours.
Your experience doesn’t end there. For dessert, you will roast giant marshmallows on you own fire pit before savouring each gooey bite as you bask in the cozy glow of the flames.
