Cellar Door Fest 2020: a weekend of wine and cheese in February

Reading Time: 4 minutes

Cellar Door Fest 2020 celebrates the 10th anniversary of Cellar Door Fest. This wine and cheese festival may celebrate the best of South Australian wine and cheese but the French roots of the varietals shine through.

Cellar Door Fest

From 7 to 9 February 2020, Cellar Door Fest invites you to join them at the Adelaide Convention Centre in toast to a decade of celebrating South Australia’s best with over 150+ local wineries, breweries, distilleries and food producers, all under one roof.

You can explore the regions, enjoy complimentary tastings and chat to the makers themselves.

Free tastings

More than 150 exhibitors will be showing their wares at Cellar Door Fest 2020 and many of them will be providing free samples to entice you to purchase.

Varietal View

Varietal View returns to Cellar Door Fest in 2020, providing opportunity for you to sample wines based on their variety rather than region. Like your chardonnay? Go and see all the various chardonnays on offer from all the South Australian regions.

Great Wine Capitals Discovery Space

Adelaide has joined the likes of Bordeaux and Bilbao Rioja as one of 10 Great Wine Capitals of the world. At Cellar Door Fest 2020, you can find out more about Adelaide being a part of the Great Wine Capitals in the Discovery Space.

The Fromagerie

First in 2020, is the all-new, dedicated ‘The Fromagerie’ zone at Cellar Door Fest 2020, featuring SA’s finest cheese producers! Stop by and meet the makers, enjoy complimentary tastings and great cheese conversation, or heighten your festival experience with one of the exclusive (and delicious!) cheese masterclasses.

Indulge and learn through a variety of cheese masterclasses in the aptly named The Fromagerie. Some of these have already sold out so if you’re keen on one that hasn’t get in quick!
